Ritchie House takes the logic of a ryokan and sets it inside Kuala Lumpur: around twenty rooms, an ensuite onsen concept, and a rhythm built around bathing, eating and rest rather than facilities and footfall.
It is also the physical home of Accel Elite. The omakase counter, izakaya and recovery rooms serve both house guests and members, which gives the building something most city hotels never develop — regulars.
